PROJECT SUMMARY
Brought on by Kier & Wright principal Chuck McCallum, I was tasked with developing and implementing a Project Administration Department to oversee the ongoing administrative operations of the firm’s projects. My responsibilities included establishing essential business processes, creating new job positions, and developing procedures to effectively manage and administer development projects.
Key achievements included implementing robust controlling functions for budgets and human resources, ensuring efficient project execution and resource allocation. I also managed a number of high-stakes, sensitive projects during this period.
Today, the Project Administration Department continues to thrive with a team of 10 employees, supporting the firm’s development and engineering staff through streamlined operations and strategic project management practices.

Project Management for Bay Area Developments

Helped establish the marketing department, creating strategies, materials, and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
