Haven is a sanctuary of beauty, healing, and inspired living—a place where art, spirit, and earth meet in harmony. Rooted in the lush land of Hawaii, it is designed to be both a personal refuge and a shared space for transformation. Every structure, garden path, and gathering is part of a living prayer—an offering to the sacredness of life. The intention is to create a lifestyle that nurtures deep well-being, creative expression, and spiritual awakening, while holding space for community, connection, and the unfolding of a meaningful future that includes partnership, family, and contribution to the greater whole.

Personal Lifestyle
Lifestyle as a Medicine
In the spiritual domain, we often speak of the examination of attachments and aversions—a central teaching in the Buddha’s path. Yet rather than transcending or denying these impulses through spiritual austerity, I see our desires and aversions as messengers: subtle signals from the soul and body pointing toward the medicine we need.
Lifestyle as a Medicine is the understanding that our cravings, dreams, longings, and even the things we fear or resist are not distractions from the path—but the path itself. They are the sacred language of the inner world, guiding us toward healing, truth, and wholeness. When we listen deeply to the desires that arise within us, and to the stories we carry about what we need or what we fear, we gain insight into the unmet parts of ourselves that are crying out to be seen, understood, and nourished.
This approach asks us to turn toward, rather than away from, our inner longings. It sees the spiritual journey not as one of denial, but of integration.
The art is not just in the insight, but in the application: to make intelligent, creative, and compassionate adjustments to how we live, structure our days, and show up in relationships. This is the living practice of spiritual embodiment. It is where philosophy becomes ritual, healing becomes design, and life becomes a work of art.
Haven is envisioned as a sanctuary where this kind of integrated living becomes possible. A place where we can hold all parts of ourselves—the wounded, the sacred, the playful, the grieving, the longing—in a community and environment that is built for wholeness. A place where nature, beauty, and connection are not occasional retreats, but the foundation of daily life.
This is not just about healing—it is about living in balance. It’s about crafting a way of life where each part of the journey is held, expressed, and honored. In this way, lifestyle itself becomes a medicine: not a prescription, but a living, breathing expression of what it means to be fully human, fully here, and fully alive.

Lifestyle
My lifestyle is my primary work. I structure my days, weeks, months, and years to support my well-being. This includes artistic expression, connection with others, development of my spirituality, and maintaining a well-designed and comprehensive self-care ecosystem.
Environmental Design
Creating a beautiful home and community gathering environment that inspires people through beautiful aesthetic design—using natural elements, built structures, and artistic installations to invoke wonder, beauty, and inspiration for me and for all who come here to remember the beauty of life.
Spiritual Expression
- I want my life to be a living work of art. To live in inspiration and beauty, in a way that reminds me of the beauty of this life as a medicine.
- I want to hold space for myself and others in suffering with kindness, empathy, and patience. I want people to be surrounded by beauty and love so they may awaken to the beauty within themselves and the life that surrounds them—and come into greater connection with the dream in their heart and how to make it real.
