PROJECT SUMMARY

Brought in after five years of stalled development to revive and reposition the company for success. Led a strategic overhaul, including the development of a scalable advertising and subscription-based revenue model to replace the outdated service fee structure. Oversaw the redevelopment of the business plan, product roadmap, and UX design for a new mobile and web application. Managed a cross-functional development team through early-stage execution.

Following progress and investor interest, I was brought on as a founding and managing partner. Spearheaded financial packaging efforts and investor presentations, ultimately delivering a financeable business model and beta product. Transitioned into an advisory role after the initial development phase.

Designed to support seniors and their families during the homing journey, Lucille’s List empowers users to find, compare, and connect with the services and providers they need most, from housing and healthcare to lifestyle amenities and support communities.
