Engaged by a real estate investor who had acquired multiple adjacent parcels in Redding, CA, to initiate a land development project. Led early-stage project strategy by assembling a design team and collaborating with local consultants and government agencies. Oversaw site design and analysis, market research, sales strategy development, and preliminary project costing and feasibility assessments.

The project is currently in the design phase and is being managed by engineering firm Omni-Means of Redding, CA.

FIRM DESCRIPTION

Hope Ranch is a proposed 14-acre residential development in Northern Redding, California, designed as a 55+ active adult community. The project includes plans for 23 single-family homes nestled in the scenic oak woodlands of Shasta County, offering a peaceful and connected lifestyle for older adults seeking community living in a natural setting.
