PROJECT SUMMARY
Brought in to assess and improve CRM utilization across the organization. Conducted a comprehensive needs analysis, including stakeholder interviews, employee shadowing, and workflow mapping to evaluate alignment with Sales Department goals. Led the redesign of the sales workflow and began aligning CRM systems to support the updated process.
In parallel, conducted an audit of the company’s B2B email marketing operations. Established campaign schedules, implemented email workflows, and optimized infrastructure for outbound communications. Cleaned and restructured a 100k+ contact database, enhancing segmentation, tagging, and engagement strategies to improve deliverability and conversion.

Reviewed and optimized the sales pipeline, reporting systems, and employee workflow using lean process principles. Trained team members and implemented a streamlined sales process to improve efficiency and conversion. Led the development and expansion of the E-marketing department, including campaign strategy, team structure, and performance tracking.
